This Agreement shall commence and be enforceable with respect to each customer upon the date and time that the customer purchases a Product from Resources for Visual Learners
1. Digital Educational Resources
All sales are considered final and nonrefundable once an order is submitted, and Resources for Visual Learners does not offer any money-back guarantees on digital or you-print-it resources. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
Since our shop sells non-tangible digital products that you get immediate access to, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We sadly cannot issue refunds after the purchase is complete.
You hereby expressly waive any and all claims you may have, now or in the future, arising out of or relating to the product(s) you purchase. To the extent that you attempt to assert any such claim, you hereby expressly agree to present such claim only in the state or federal courts that are geographically nearest to Springfield, Missouri.
Resources for Visual Learners makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the Product. Resources for Visual Learners further makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the information, contents, materials, documents, products, books, or services included in or through the shop. To the fullest extent permissible under the law, Resources for Visual Learners disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Pre-made Hard Goods
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement of the order, as long as the order has not been shipped.
Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of its delivery. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please email me at holli_duncan@yahoo.com. Once reported, the customer has 5 business days to return the damaged merchandise. Once the merchandise has been received, a refund will be credited back to the customer. Any returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. If you received a damaged item, please notify Resources for Visual Learners by email for approval. We accept returns for damaged/defective or incorrect orders only.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
